Welcome! Please, come in.

Glen Mamie approaches Glendevon

The Edinburgh and Lothians Miniature Railway Club was founded in 1951. Today we are located in Piershill on the east side of the City of Edinbugh, Scotland, where we meet to build layouts, run trains or just talk.

The Club owns layouts in N, 009, 00, 0:16.5 and 0 gauges. Our present project is a '00' model of Newcastleton Station on the Waverley Route.

Club layouts, and sometimes those owned by individual members, are regularly exhibited throughout Scotland and occasionally in England. Details of exhibitions we are attending can be found in our Exhibition Diary.

The Club is open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7.30pm - 10:00pm (approx.). Prospective members and visitors are welcome to come along to the clubrooms. We will be pleased to meet you and show you around the work in progress; see our contact page for details of how to find us.
